Nexus Energy Solutions (NES) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nexus Development, LLC, a full service real estate development company for more than 30 years. Today, Nexus Development owns and operates approximately two million square feet of commercial properties in New Jersey.

Dedicated to lasting quality, the Nexus team began performing energy reduction capital improvements for owners of various commercial buildings it had developed. This coincided with the emergence of solar renewable energy projects. Several years later, in 2006, Nexus was poised to offer its unique expertise and growing menu of green services to third party commercial building owners.

In 2010, Nexus Energy Solutions was formed with $15 million of solar projects already completed or well underway. To ensure that NES was positioned to offer competitive and distinctive energy services, direct purchase relationships were formed with a variety of U.S. manufacturers. These relationships continue to grow and thrive.
